Inquires/Custom Bulk Orders

All Inquires related to custom related apparel or Custom Bulk orders can be submitted below. 

Please read all terms and conditions related to inquires and bulk order request. 


  • Duplication or Similarities of a CURRENT FIREHOUSE SHIRT will be denied unless you are the treasurer of that specific house. Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC will not replicate any material that will negatively affect sales of a union firehouse.

 

  • 30 Day notice, a minimum 30 day notice is required in order to complete all Bulk Orders. Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC receives daily print on demand orders outside of custom order request. We must ensure to service all customers equally and fairly upon placement of order.

 

  • Mandatory Deposit or Full Payment Required for all bulk orders is due prior to start of work. It is a huge commitment to complete any and all bulk order request, deposit is half (50%) of total cost of project. Remaining balance can be paid prior to completion or day of completion of order. An invoice will be generated based on payment decision.

 

  • Intellectual Property Rights, Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC owns the rights of any graphic designs created for production. It must be expressed in writing the interest to purchase licensing for all drawn work.

 

  • Use of Union Logo's, Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC is not affiliated or recognized by any official union representing entity. Hose & Bones Graphic Design, LLC WILL NOT print any official union logo/seal with out written permission via letter headed document from that representing body. This includes Police F.O.P lodges, and non-emergency services related unions.

 

  • Rush Order Fee, Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC reserves the right to charge a    $200.00 rush order surcharge based on order size, complexity, and demand. Please note all orders that require a less than 30 day fulfillment are subject to this surcharge.

 

  • Cancellation Fee, Hose & Bones Graphic Designs, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on work completed for any bulk order request.
